Yeah if he was going to do a prequel series, the movie time period is what I would have wanted. I don’t care about Tony at 20 one iota.
Kicking into season 5. “Whitecaps” was a bananas episode and feels like it will change the show forever.
The therapy scenes are incredible. It is a genius way to get information out of emotionally stunted people.
Now I can show my love for the Sopranos, my disdain for Machine Gun Kelly, and my philosophy that people equal shit with one convenient windbreaker!
It was confirmed a long time ago and people just refuse to acknowledge it lol he’s dead, he was always dead, it’s not ambiguous, it’s literally lights out from his POV.
The argument is just so literal that it becomes boring. Yes, everything is there to support the conclusion that he died, from the Members Only jacket callback to the Bobby conversation to Silvio being there when Gerry was killed to Tony remembering the Bobby conversation to the constant cuts to the door from Tony's point of view. However, we don't see the act itself because of the wider implications about how Tony would have to live his life.
