Nice, I know a good chunk of these but some fresh faces in there as well so i'll check some of them out.

 

Love that Courtney Marie Andrews song. Wasn’t as crazy about “If I Told.”

been digging into the most recent ben howard album a ton recently. so fucking good.

 

I’ve been on a big folk kick lately, and there are some really great folk albums that have come out this year that haven’t gotten enough love. I’ve loved the new ones by some of the more well known artists in the genre like Laura Marling and Damien Jurado, but these ones below have also been holding my attention.

 

The End of History by Fionn Regan is finally back on streaming. My favorite folk album ever, can’t recommend it enough to anyone that hasn’t heard it.

 

found him recently and his stuff is so good, though I am partial more to his most recent album

 

holy FUCK. Finally!!!! One of my favorites ever

 

Highly recommend this whole album. Very chill dream-folk type stuff with some 22, A Million type recording tricks and slight vocal modification at times. It flows incredibly well.

 

New Bowerbirds song is fucking incredible

 

Great new album from Libby Rodenbough who plays in Mipso.

I want a new Bowerbirds album so bad.

 

Would love another full album but the 4 track EP they put out last week is magnificent. One of my favorite releases of the year.

welcome!! Bowerbirds are one of the most under appreciated bands ever.

Highly recommend this new Zachary Cale album, especially if you are into guys like Cass McCombs, Kurt Vile, or Kevin Morby.

 

I don’t know if there are any Pernice Brothers fans on here, but Joe Pernice just released a new album and man is it a beauty.

 

This new Leah Senior album is incredible.

 

Found a couple cool new songs
