It must be my lucky night... tuned to FXX and they happen to play perhaps my two favorite episodes back to back: Homer Bad Man and Homer's Enemy

 

I listened to a Simpsons podcast where they mostly had an in-depth discussion of Homer's Enemy and it was sweet

 

Was it Everything's Coming Up Podcast? I just started listening to it.

I forgot to mention but I think Monday nights on fxx is basically seasons 1-11 so you're bound to hit several classics.

 

'The Simpsons' Is Resurrecting Frank Grimes for 600th Episode

I'm fine forgetting they make new episodes for the most part

 

This is a rallying joke amongst my buddies from high school. And amongst my college friends:

 

The whole episode is a classic obviously - so many good laughs. But I think my favorite was at Frank's funeral and Lovejoy said "or Grimey, as he liked to be called". I lose it every time.

 

600 episodes. fucking amazing. can't wait....keep em coming

 

Beer Barron, Stone Cutters, and the Movementarians are some of my favorite episodes. Grimey is a good one too.

Also, I've watched The PTA Disbands like three times, and can't get over how this is lowkey maybe the best line delivery the show's got. Kills me fuckin every time.

 

Haha that was a trivia night question the other day. "what was the credit card Skinner let Otto use". I also enjoyed the braking procedure.

 

We're getting another Every Simpsons Ever marathon, starting Thanksgiving and ending 12/6

 

I was addicted to that last year, awesome to hear they're doing it again
