Runners in The Nerved World is so good, and they're killer live too. 1940's Fighter Jet destroyed me last night

 

great band! it's like if Band of Horses were less indie and more pop/rock.

Such a cool band. Runners was one of my favs last year

 

The played a new song last night and it sounded awesome. They were going wild.

I guess I should check out the rest of their catalog. Runners has been such a satisfying grower. I went from being really turned off by it (and disappointed given what it was being compared to, namely The Menzingers and The Hotelier) to top 3 of 2015.

yeah, Awkward Breeds is really really good and I can see the hullabaloo around "1940s Fighter Jet" now. What a song.

 

1940s Fighter Jet is one of the most hype songs i've ever seen live.

 

Runners is one of my favorite discoveries from this year so far. Heard it right after New Years and it absolutely dominated my listening. Awkward Breeds is really good too, but I prefer Runners.

 

I prefer the sound from Runners as well, Fighter Jet live though still wow

 

At times, Runners is so catchy that it's simply unfair. The band has quite the ear for melody.

 

Seeing them live made me appreciate this band a lot more. Loving Hell is Warm and The Kid that Broke His Wrist rn

 

ugh was gonna make this thread after i saw them live like a month ago and totally forgot!!!!

one of my favorite bands. runners in the nerved world is amazing. awkward breeds is amazing. new song they're playing on tour takes the groove of awkward breeds and the song structure / melodic tendencies of runners from what i remember, excited to hear whatever they put out next
