Finally listened to a lot of Downward today and they fucking rule. Was worried when I got them mixed up with a canceled guy's band for a moment

Love Downward, the split with trauma ray is my favorite of theirs I think

Just saw there's a new Fazerdaze record out next month which is sweet. Her first LP since the debut in 2017.

 

Downward is insanely good

 

One of the most exciting moments for me in the last few years was about Downward. There was a mini music fest in Wichita where I live and I was going because Record Setter was playing. Bands I like rarely come to Wichita and I always have to drive to KC, Lawrence, or OKC for shows. I had just gotten into Downward when their Brass Tax EP came out and had listened to that EP on repeat for months. I randomly checked the festival schedule again and randomly Downward got added. I was so excited I was screaming
