I believe there are members of pentimento and a few other notable pop-punk/emo bands in that group

 

Members of the ambient band Hammock put out a shoegaze album last week under the name The Summer Kills. Really good stuff- still gotta listen a couple more times.

dang I was really excited to see this posted cause I'm a huge Hammock fan...but I stopped listening to the album halfway through cause it just wasn't doing anything for me.

I have been totally about the new Vacationer stuff that has come this year though.
