was hoping it'd be sooner, but I'm excited regardless

 

apparently one of the reasons the label is delaying it until next year is so they can have a better placement at coachella. weird.

can't wait for the album, i'm sure it'll be great. and honestly we need to save some records for 2017, 2016 is stealing all the love.

 

That'd be cool, I've never seen them so selfishly I'm into it

 

I was trying to remember how I missed them last time they were there, so I looked at the set times and remember. They played at the same time as St. Vincent and then Feist, stood no chance for me sadly

I would almost prefer a new Broken Bells record. Still happy we are getting one from The Shins, though.

 

For me, this band is so hit and miss. Wincing the Night Away (and especially Phantom Limb) is great, but nothing else in their discography really matches up to that album. Hopefully this will fall somewhere in that ballpark, didn't love the single though.

 

Album's called Heartworms, out March 10th.
