Is it that Kirby would have access to all that evidence (I guess??) from past films because she is in law enforcement based on the badge on her hip in the poster where everyone is wiping off the knife?
Actually I messaged Joey. My b. But spot on. It’s almost annoyingly obvious to where I hope I’m wrong.
Trailer absolutely rocks and I am glad that this movie is less than 2 months away. I love the speculation that's happening. Bring it on. Bring it ALL on.
i mean it’s very possible she has the collection and is the cop but isn’t the killer, if that’s what you’re worried about. It could be a trailer fake out where it’s making you think it’s the killers collection but actually it’s the collection of a confirmed horror movie nut who became a victim herself and then a cop
Yes and I think it’s potentially my favorite thing about it so far if true. This image is actually in the trailer, I didn’t realize it until I saw someone point it out in the comments. There’s also a flash cut of Sam falling from a theater balcony with a projector going right before the trailer ends.
Totally possible. However people quickly figured out 2022’s killers from trailer breakdowns early on and I think Wes used to enjoy giving clues hidden in plain sight in the first 3. I don’t think the current team is as good at it as they think. Plus, the character does kinda need a better reason to be brought back from the dead other than I’m a cop now, and I am one because I’m obsessed with the Woodsboro murders I was a part of, and just so happened to me employed in the city where Ghostface murders are happening. So if true, I kinda like it if it’s done well.
Isn’t that originally like a legit picture of her and David Arquette like from when they were together irl?
So I watched the trailer like 5 times last time and then proceed to watch 2022's as well. Interesting how last year's had something along the line of "This feels different" and this trailer with Ghostface saying "I'm something different."
been kinda goin thru it recently but resurfacing to find this trailer is out was a pretty nice break that being said there's some jank editing in this thing lol. what's with the super weird cut on the "we have to lure him in" line?
I noticed a pretty questionable cut toward the end too with Cox’s delivery of “I’m gonna shoot you in the head”, where she clearly says “the fucking head”
It only took me like 6 rewatches to realize Jill gives herself away as the killer in Scream 4. The scene where Jill asks Sidney how she deals with all the attention and Sidney tells her she thinks about the people she cares about, then when Ghostface calls Sidney before Kate is killed, Ghostface basically tells her they are coming for her family/the people she cares about.
