I just can’t get over that hospital scene where Dewey died in 5. How did someone who’s at least 80lbs and a foot shorter less than him absolutely destroy him in a fight?! It makes absolutely no sense how she was able to kill him.
Films: 1 > 2 > 5 > 3 > 4 Intros: 1 > 5 > 2 > 4 > 3 Endings: 1 > 2 > 5 > 4 > 3 I know it’s petty… but 4 ranks lower than 3 for me. That soft lens flare bullshit is so distracting.
I try to not nitpick his death because why would he also even bother looking at his phone when he’s about to shoot a ghostface in the head. At least he had a cool death
1, 2, 3/4, 5. The more I watch 5 the less I like it lol. Just so on the nose and my least favorite killers by far. Billy scenes not getting any better/aging well.
1,5,4,2,3. I really enjoyed the last two and I’m very excited to see where they take this franchise now that they don’t need to really focus on the original cast.
Films: 1, 2=5, 4, 3 Endings: 1, 2=3, 4, 5 I need to rewatch 5 as I've only seen it once, but I remember being very "meh" on the killers and can't even remember how it ended right now tbh. 2 I think is a great follow up to 1 and the whole ending sequence with Mickey/Billy's mother and Cotton being the hero is great IMO. I was really entertained by 5 overall, thought it felt really fresh and different from 4. 3 overall as a movie is the worst of the franchise, but the ending with Sid meeting her brother and then the whole leaving the door open because she's not afraid anymore and etc was good and well done IMO. Would have been a grreat way to end it forever if that had been what happened. I remember really liking 4, so it's strange to see it end up, well, 4th in all my rankings here. I think out of all the movies, it's probably the one that feels most like a retread and the least..."original"? idk. Which is funny considering 5 was supposed to be the "requel". But I feel like the humor of 5 brings it above 4 for me.
I was curious what Blackmore University is on that poster. https://www.mtlblog.com/montreal/a-...s-mcgill-university-into-new-york-city-photos
