I also love all of them. 3 might be my least favorite, but I’d rather watch 3 than the singing scene in 2.

 

Yeah the singing scene and the climax fight just bring 2 down for me. 5 and 6 can trade places anytime for me tbh

 

After what they did to Melissa, and just how bad 6 was, I’m out on this series.

The mental gymnastics it requires to believe that her bfs entire family infiltrated her life makes zero sense. Gayle being a reporter never covered the story or identified his father or sister? It was all so dumb.

As long as 3 is always somewhere after 1, then I could probably get on board with anyone's ranking in here any given day. That's how good this franchise is.

Counterpoint: singing scene and climax in Scream 2 are two of the most fun moments :)

 

I think it’s just Jerry O’Connell that irks me. Idk why and it’s definitely a me thing, but the scene genuinely makes me cringe. It’s probably my only negative with the movie because I like the climax.

 

Most Underrated one line delivery in the series? (Hopefully this starts in the right place)

But I need to watch 5 and 6 again.

 

the amount of time 2 spends criticising sororities is both so specific it's kinda funny and a huge waste of time the movie probably could've spent making the boyfriend and the roommate more interesting characters
