Ah didn’t catch it in the movie they were watching and that makes it even funnier

 

Lol that’s fantastic! I had the same question, and love that those characters thought copying the movie was a good idea

 

Lmao my fiance recognized the movie it was from, but neither of us noticed it actually playing on their tv. That's awesome

 

This felt so rushed. The pacing of this season was weird. Much preferred season 1, with the exception of Aunt Tiff. I almost died during the toilet baby scene. Baby Billy is the true hero. They tied things up so nicely at the end. Wondering if they weren’t sure about renewal at the time of filming. I agree that Season 3 needs to be focused on internal conflict.

 

I'm definitely leaning that way too. I felt like they just tied things up a little too quick and easily for my liking. Fairly anticlimactic finale but still a hilarious season. Felt kinda jarring going from the last scene on the beach to Jesse running his couples therapy group where everything all of a sudden seems fine? Also would've been nice the have the Lissons a bit more front and center throughout the season.

 

Just a small thing about this show but it still makes me chuckle every time one of the kids are talking to Eli and call him daddy or some variation of that

 

i have a similar one, I chuckled every time the Lissons would defiantly talk about how they are grown ups. Something about how childish having to repeatedly say you are a grown up is got to me.

Just started watching this and on episode three. What a cast. I feel like Skyler gisondo is so good but so underrated.

And Walton goggins is the goat.

 

Just finally caught up. Incredible finale. The ending song/performance was perfection.

 

Was not expecting to see Macaulay Culkin as the older version of Harmon.

 

and next month we're getting Rory Culkin in the Hulu miniseries Under The Banner Of Heaven. We're in the middle of the Culkin Renaissance, or a Culkinssance if you will.

 

I've seen a few ad spots for this show and I'm definitely intrigued.

 

The book is great, it’s a fucked up story

 

I didn't love season two. I feel like I enjoy the family more as a tandem over doing their own things. The buff boys had a lot of potential, but never felt like it really went anywhere.

Judy is far and away the highlight of the show for me. I definitely know a Judy.

 

Yeah, the “muscle men” aka God Squad didn’t really add anything but the season was cool with them doing a murder/mystery theme.

The baby scene was OTT ridiculous

 

They are the God Squad and they are muscle men, please be respectful

 

Popped up on my google feed, has a probably insignificant spoiler that implies we'll be getting more flashbacks with the kids as children, they're looking for cars from 1993-2000
