Wife and I just finished the second episode and a flashback scene revealed that a character grew up in Northville, MI which is where my wife grew up and where we met as kids. I know it’s nothing spectacular but it’s the first time that’s ever happened to either of us, to see the tiny little town you’re from randomly name dropped in a film production. The next closest brush we had was back when they filmed Scream 4 in Northville and the neighboring city of Plymouth. Just kind of weird. We were both staring at the screen like “wait, what? Northville? M - my Northville?”
This was a fun 90 min watch to kick things off. Kinda reminds me of The White Lotus. Not sure if I watch weekly going forward or wait until it's over and re-watch the first three episodes and then the remaining ones in one fell swoop.
Enjoyed the first 3 episodes. I don't think I've ever watched a Peacock original so wasn't sure what to expect
I don't really think it needs one too much. I was pretty disappointed by the way this went. Felt like it needed shorter episodes (shout-out to The Patient) or less episodes
