Yeah that will be mine. Side note. Ben’s brother Andy is also a great artist. I have some of his is stuff on my wall.
I kinda feel the same, I wonder why that is. They put out quality stuff, maybe they're not popular enough. I don't have a lot of knowledge on how these things work, but there are worse bands with labels out there.
I think labels tend to front cash for recording and marketing. They've mostly been recording and producing their own music and they haven't toured much due to the band members other work/school schedules, so i dont think they'd benefit from being on a label right now. It'd probably eat up any profit they're making off the band right now
Real question is why they thought they could ever hope to live up to the majesty of The Canyon by covering it, let alone opening the album with it
worked with them for pr stuff very early on. always hoped for s lot from them. very strange they didn’t strike bigger
It's christian. He's a science teacher. Not sure if Mason and Billy are still in school but I think they were during the last album roll out. If they dedicated 24/7 to the band they'd be a lot bigger. But life gets in the way. And they've put out some great music regardless
Hey I get it.. I’m in a band that’s putting out a new record really soon.. we have some great shows lined up.. but if we ever wanted to be taken seriously we would need to tour and leave the philly/nj/baltimore area.. just isn’t in the cards for us. I’ve always sort of looked up to this band thinking their popularity would be our ceiling haha.
I want that limited edition vinyl! Is facebook the best place to follow them? I'm never on it anymore.
Based on what we've heard I think this album could propel them to new heights...but a proper tour couldn't hurt lol.
Haha I do my best to update this thread with everything related to the album. They said the pre-order details will be up very soon, so I would maybe check tomorrow. I also have my Facebook set up to give me a notification when they and other bands post something.
It’s kind of weird to me that in the Internet age, not touring would have thaaat big of an impact on a band getting bigger or not
