Funny, Casey didn't do anything but sing on that.

I doubt they do anything real without Casey at this point. It was such a healing moment for everyone that I think they'll wait until everyone can be involved in a meaningful way.

I'm fine with Casey just singing. I enjoy Mi Fa Mi more than BTHATS anyway. Weightless Underwater is great and shows how Casey can add color without being one of the main writers.

I thought Weightless was just a B-side from the BTHAS sessions? It's weird that it was teased as being a fresh release for the reunion this year... I've had it since sometime around 2009 when the band did a digital release at least.

This post says it was recorded for the deluxe BTHATS vinyl, and has "everyone actively in the band on the song"

So I think this was post Mi Fa Mi.

Listened to both albums today and they hold up so well. Still holding out hope that they have another one in them.

I'll write you into all of my songs Supporter

Considering TDH is just starting a new album cycle I think it may be a while if it happens, next year the earliest

Wrecked 'em? Damn near killed 'em!

Stumbled across this old video the other day of their “final” show at Bamboozle 2008. This moment was euphoric, especially when Sal & Ryan from Envy on the Coast come out and Sal hit a super high note out of nowhere. IIRC EoTC played right before TREOS and that was my introduction to them. My friends and I were all like “oh shit, these guys are really good”.

Their show at Lupos (2nd to last) was absolutely wild, I can’t even imagine at Bamboozle. Like the railing got ripped out of the floor in the pit. Wild experience.

My friends and I were 3 rows from the front between Brendan and Alex for the Bamboozle show and all I remember were everyone losing their shit when Casey came out, Ryan & Sal from EoTC, Nate and most everyone around me crying when they closed the set with Epilogue, and assholes in the crowd throwing compilation CDs at them during the first song and a half. After their set, Alex and Brendan climbed down and gave us all hugs, and then ETID played the same stage right after them. What a day.
