I am taking my ServeSave food handler cert. I am doing it on my own. Nobody told me to. I haven't worked food service since high school. But it's a quick and $15 online course that you can put on a resume, and that feels like it could come in handy if I can't get an office job.

 

I was serve safe certified for a long time

 

Do you still remember what FIFO stands for and what the food temperature danger zone range is?
