I awkwardly try to pretend like I’m doing something until they leave. since I work from home now though I legit have something to distract me for real but it’s still always awkward since I have a one bedroom apartment so we’re always close enough to have a conversation pop up, especially if they’re gonna be there for awhile.

a friend convinced me to buy Korean made stuff because the American sunscreens are in her words: trash

 

rn for a body sunscreen I am enjoying the bath and body works beach scent. My face sunscreen doesn't usually have a smell tho. I have also heard Korean sunscreens are the best but I haven't dabbled in that world because I'm worried about ordering it online or something and it not being the legit product. But I always hear American sunscreens are definitely lagging behind other countries

I’ve never cared or followed the Olympics. Like, in theory it’s really cool - the best that every country has to offer for a bunch of different sports! But it just never did anything for me. Maybe it’s a mix of the presentation, not knowing anyone from any other country, not knowing all of the sports or something but it’s just something that randomly pops up every 4 years (or 2 years with Winter Olympics?) that in real life I never hear anyone talk about or watch and then it’s over and not mentioned again until a few years later when the next one gets started.

Korean cosmetics/skin care products are the real deal. My grandma is from Korea and always gets us Korean skincare stuff for Christmas.
