It’s less so the caloric count and more so the ingredients that they put in the food. There is no good reason milk should be in their steamed broccoli
I thought for sure it would’ve been something to do with the amount of sodium they use. that’s not to say I’ve ever found their food to be overly salty or anything but it wouldn’t surprise me to learn that there’s a ton in their stuff
I can only imagine how many preservatives are in their meat that already has sodium, just to see people add more salt to their meal.
Idk how cheesecake factory manages to make their stuff so high in calories. I mean I do but it's wild. Applebee's I usually get mozz sticks and a cup of tomato soup and a five dollar sip and I'm set.
