It pretty much does here in Pittsburgh. We get maybe 2-3 actually fall weather weeks. It sucks.

We only have summer and winter now

 

I realized after the last week that I am a true fall/winter girlie and Summer is just not for me. I seem to have seasonal depression backwards.

 

I hate summer. I don't mind a lil sun once in a while but this is excessive! I also get light sensitivity migraines so the sun is an awful trigger. I'm ready for fall. Then I'll complain all winter about being cold and how dark it is

Would D.A.R.E have been more effective if it focused on recovering drugs addicts talking to kids about drugs instead of cops?

 

Great question. I suppose you could look to the anti drunk driving campaigns that were presented in high schools. Much more emphasis on the horrible outcomes of driving drunk vs the punishment you'd receive for doing it. Those had an effect on me anyway.
