Love that gritty vocal style. The vocalist reminds me of Vinnie C from IAMTHEAVALANCHE, The Movie Life, etc

 

Right on! This band has been kicking around for a bit and I'm really looking forward to the new EP (dropping in March).

In the meantime, if you want more, their 2020 album Patterns is a fun listen!

Some of you may know, but just in case you don't, or you forgot... When I travel, or go to local record stores in my area, I like to go through the emo/punk/hardcore sections and pick out a couple 7 inch records that look interesting. I pick out just the ones of bands I've never heard of. It's generally very small bands from the 90s to early 2000s that only pressed like 200-500 copies of their records.

Originally, I had an Instagram account for this (@7inchitch) but I was only able to share a single song from each record, so it wasn't quite ideal. Especially for split EPs and compilations. So I've decided to turn my focus onto the YouTube channel.

Just got introduced to this band tonight. The entire album is a barnburner. Probably not hard enough for the hardcore thread, but arguably a bit too heavy for here... Whatever. It rules.

I just pressed play on this! Excited about a full-length even if some of the songs were already on that EP last year. There's a Gaslight Anthem circa Sink Or Swim-era vibe about them that really ramps up the sing-along of it all.
