I know it's well intentioned, but Climate Pledge Arena will never not be funny to me.

Tickets for Minneapolis went on sale, at 3 times the price listed before. $185, not 65 as advertised beforehand. I was like 600th in the Ticketmaster queue and then was let into the buying page but everything was sold out before I could have possibly entered my CC info and completed the sale. I don’t understand how that’s possible when I’m 600th in line for an 8,000+ cap venue. What the fuck am I supposed to do here.

Feel like so many dates are underplays at the venue. Wonder if they wanted the demand/hype rather than extra tickets floating out there.

The focus on New England vs the rest of the country probably has a lot of people traveling. Could definitely do a second leg of this.

I think dates for this tour are limited too since Death Cab’s hitting A/B markets in the spring/summer for another leg of the Asphalt Meadows tour

dynamic tickets are platinum tickets, but platinum tickets are not always dynamic and can be a fixed price

were you trying on Wednesday or Friday? I was in the queue at 10am on Wednesday and got pretty fair pricing

I think the problem with the general sale on Friday is that 90% of the tickets have already been sold, lol.

Yeah and it seems like user frustration is the point of the system, secondary only to jacking up the price. Why create a queue system and let 1000 people into the general sale ticket webpage when there are only 500 tickets left.

Anyways, I’m on the market for 2 tickets to the Minne show if anyone knows anyone. Or, crossing fingers that they add a second date.

Feel like secondary won’t be bad on these since it’s so far away and people will change their mind

but fr I'll probably just end up getting resale tickets a day before/or day of unless they add a second date. I've come to learn people will drop them to generally market value around the date just to get rid of them. I remember MCR resale was like... 150 for nosebleeds, then a buddy and I bought resale like two hours before the show lower bowl for like 70 each lol

Third night added in both DC and LA.

3 nights at the Hollywood Bowl is pretty wild.

Yeah three nights at the bowl is insane considering they played the Greek a couple months back and didn’t sell out. But… considering that these are their only LA dates, it’s easy to assume people from all over SoCal (LA, OC, SD, IE, maybe even Ventura and SB) will venture to these shows. So it makes sense

It doesn't look like DC is getting any openers unless there's an announcement that's yet to happen?

I’m guessing another opener(s) will be announced later on since it seems most of the northeast dates have openers
