Got a few weeks behind but caught myself up yesterday. Medical dramas aren’t really my thing but I’ve been really enjoying this. People can change

Throwing my hat into the ring and nailing it down in the center for Dana best character

 

That ending was brutal. Also I’m assuming Santos brining up the alleged molestation to the daughter is gonna come back to bite her. Obviously she had good intentions but seemed to really unnerve the daughter and definitely going a little too far to bring it up when you have a social worker for that.

 

I think what she did with the dad is going to come back to bite her.

 

Santos threatening the dad kinda felt out of place and too dramatic for this show

 

On episode seven and was getting sad that I was already on the season finale. Decided to search the internet for info on season two (renewed!) only to discover this season isn’t even over lmao thank god

 

I keep forgetting this a 15 episodes a season TV show seem I am use to watching 8 to 10 seasons of TV or limited series!

 

LOL not even halfway through

 

Kinda crazy that The White Lotus just started two nights ago and will go through a full season and The Pitt still won’t be over with.

 

Finally caught up with the show and I love it. Robby's covid flashbacks are brief but brutal, which I think is so effective. It really stands out to me every time they pop up. Very excited to see how it all unfolds.

 

Episode 8 aired just in case any of you forgot!

 

It's very classic ER though. If this show is indeed the spiritual sequel to ER stuff like that isn't surprising.

Not like an actual issue with the show. Like, of course not everything is accurate. This isn’t a real complaint.

But speaking from personal experience, taking the family in for the girl who was pulled from the pool would never happen. That’s wild as hell.

 

This was a heavy one.

 

Fuck - that was difficult to watch.

 

Did you Pittsburgh bros already know about Freedom House Ambulance Service? This show teaching me Pittsburgh history.

yeah a little bit but didn’t realize just how important/how much it did for ambulance care overall not just in Pittsburgh.

 

Do we think langdon is stealing pills/used some of that vial? I don’t think he is

 

Seems too obvious. I am guessing it's someone else and I could see a few different ways they could go with it. I mean there is a recovering drug addict with an ankle monitor working there too

 

The Dr. Mel scene with the little girl is Emmy Award worthy. So powerful and heartbreaking.

 

This is exactly my thinking. Although, my guess is nobody stole anything.

 

Are you saying that if one of our kids was rushed to the ER after a drowning incident, the family wouldn't be invited back? I would find that hard to believe. Difference scenario, but when my daughter was 2, she had intussusception and was rushed to the ER in Cleveland and we were with her every step of the way, for like 15 hours, especially during any procedures.

 

Santos is having probably the most embarrassing first day at work ever.
