There was a scene with Santos in this episode that kinda reminded me of a very famous Dr. Green scene from ER.

 

I don't think it needs to be said but this episode made it very obvious that Dr. Mel is also on the spectrum, not just her sister.

Dr Robby seems like he’s not above it and he’d enjoy an IC light from time to time maybe at a pirates game. Dr Cassie definitely before she got sober. The head charge nurse has definitely had a few in her time. The rude and racist guy that’s been waiting in the ER probably just drinks straight Iron City.

 

Robby is literally wearing a Beers of the Burgh hoodie the whole season. The man enjoys a craft IPA lol
