Josh said we need to make a thread so I am doing it From a creative team of ER veterans. Starring Noah Wyle. Real time medical drama set in a Pittsburgh emergency room over the course of a 15 hour shift with each episode being one hour of the shift. Basically the spiritual successor to ER, but for legal reasons is not ER.
Damn this show is so good so far!! I am surprised Noah Wyle's not a big time movie star because he's so good in it!!
The Watch podcast starting calling Fiona Dourif's character "Dr. Bangs" and that is all I can think of when I see that character now.
Oh fuck i wonder she looked familiar and I went Wikipedia and it's Brad Dourif's daughter!! Bryan Cranston's daughter is in this as well and I didn't even recognise her at first!
I have an obsession with watching medical dramas (except Grey's). I watched The Resident, New Amsterdam, Good Doctor, etc. I watch them all. So I'm loving this one and the entire concept. Glad to see Noah Wyle, watching all 14 seasons of E.R. during COVID is what started my obsession.
There’s no real event called Pitt Fest that I’m aware of but I keep thinking of it as the big fall concert that takes place on Pitt’s campus every year and the idea of needing passes to go to that is very funny to me. It happens outside, I went a few years ago to see Carly Rae Jepsen for free and no one questioned me or looked for a ticket or student ID.
the biggest was there was something about the girl saying she forgot her alarm clock when she stayed over the night before and her aunt gave her a look
Pitt Fest isn't a real thing, but googled Beers Of The Burgh that is on Dr. Robbie's hoodie and that is an actual real thing.
