Yeah I know, I just kinda find it fascinating how younger people who have only really known Netflix or Disney+ streaming event type shows flat out just don't know how to interact with a show that has a comparatively traditional pre-prestige TV format.
It would be very funny if they had a special 2hr-long episode but still pretended that it was 1hr in-universe

Can I say something controversial? I think LaNasa is overdoing the accent and comes across as annoying (outside of the obvious emotional beats) this season.
The character is good. I don't like her leaning hard into whatever voice she is doing. It seems distracting compared to last season. Maybe the dumb Baby Jane Doe stuff on instagram got to me.
I like her voice/tone/timbre I guess you could say but the accent/pronunciation parts are definitely a little much at times
It reminds me of when actors attempt to do the Philadelphia accent by adding a bit too many marbles into their mouths.
I don’t really care about the accuracy of the accent at all. What it’s clearly trying to convey is that she’s a local from a working class background, which is a key part of her characterization and how she interacts with everyone else. And I think it achieves that goal very well
