she had mixed feelings after last episode but I will ask her for her official opinion when she gets home from work.
Santos should also be just as pissed at Robby as she is at Langdon if this is her actually caring about the situation and not just wanting to “win” against Langdon.
If my posts have at all come off as a defense of Santos then sorry but that has never been my intent at all. I don’t think anyone here is at all under the impression that she is in the right about herself
I talked about this before but Santos reminds me of my younger self and I know I was super annoying/aggravating then. The constant eye-rolling and huffing/puffing any time someone asks you to do something mildly inconvenient (or even sometimes just basic parts of your job!). Incredibly grating and the sense of moral superiority just gets in the way of taking care of your patients appropriately too.
Yeah at the end of the day, everything Langdon said about her in season 1 is completely correct lol. I feel like the fault ultimately lies with Robby because any proper supervisor would very easily clock how she doesn’t play well with others and try to help her grow accordingly. But Robby is largely the same as her, he just mostly gets away with it because he’s the one in charge. I can’t think of a single moment where he’s talked down to her in the way that he does with Mohan or McKay, nor more politely educate her the way he’s done with Whitaker or Javadi (at least I can’t recall him being a dick to Javadi, the main scene that comes to mind is him recently trying to encourage her in front of her mom)
Robby is quite frankly, a horrible boss. Just completely and totally intolerant of others outside of those he really likes, and gives the absolute worst pep talks in one of the most high stress situations in the world.
some people think doctors should be allowed to steal some of their patient’s pills and other people disagree
