It’s never explicitly stated but my understanding is that Robby reported (or Langdon self-reported at Robby’s direction) only that Langdon had an addiction issue, not that he stole anything. That’s what he was sanctioned for - in s1 he even tells Robby that he couldn’t go through the process legit way because doing so would set back his medical career in the exact way that it has now Robby gives the meds back to Louie and lies about there being a mix-up, then tells Santos to be quiet about it, and obviously from the last few eps we know now that his theft was never actually reported.
maybe they wouldn’t think it would be the morally correct consequence but I think they would want everyone to be subject to the same consequences as they are
I don’t at all think they would hate Langdon. Garcia clearly has a different attitude about the whole thing. But I do think the general consensus would be what Robby said: that he’s happy he’s getting better, but he doesn’t want him working in the hospital anymore I know we joke in here about your nurse girlfriend but I would actually be curious to know what she thinks would happen irl
