I’m not a doctor but why the hell would you give a patient a beer, at 11:59 am no less. Also, that prisoner is definitely stabbing someone
The camera work where they kept panning to the prisoner's hands. This show is good at building tension.
I already kind of don’t believe that two people in medicine have never heard of a death doula, but the reactions Javadi and McKay had about the patient essentially resigning to her fate were kind of strange Love that Mohan always owns up to a mistake. Great interaction between her and Joy. Was happy to get some insight on Joy too because she’s otherwise uhhh not been great to have around this season haha
I like that they found a way to give night shift charge nurse a larger role during the day part of the season.
I don't think that prisoner patient is going to hurt anyone just a random prediction they pointed out that he's malnourished, gut feeling is that these guards beat the everloving shit out of him in solitary or something of that nature i guess we'll see lol
I’ve seen death doulas in multiple shows but also have had two grandparents in hospice care and visited them quite often. Wouldn’t expect everyone to have heard of them (which is probably why they explained it in the show) but certainly think two doctors at a hospital would’ve
I wonder when Mel’s deposition will be, or if we’ll get to see any of it. She hasn’t really been given a lot to do this season and it’d be a mad cliffhanger if we had to wait until season 3 to find out what happened (though she’ll probably be fine). Also wonder if Robby will have to be there
Depositions can last a long fucking time so I wonder if she’s really going to be out of the Pitt for a huge chunk of the season. Would be a weird choice for the show. So I’m assuming something goes haywire and it gets cancelled/postponed
