One funny nitpick from doctors I am seeing is that yeah obnoxious know it all gunner med students like that guy 100% exist, but you're never gonna see them being a gunner for Emergency Medicine. Gunners go for like Dermatology or Neurosurgery or Plastic Surgery or something else that pays super well and has a great lifestyle. EM apparently is one of the least competitive specialities to get into because the pay and shitty lifestyle. You'd never see a guy like that sucking up that much to become an ER doctor.
