Yes. If something tastes good I will eat it and won’t be confined by an arbitrary range of days on a calendar.
That’s why I honestly believe for many people (notable grinch @Dog with a Blog aside) that pumpkin pie’s appeal is helped by the feeling that people get from it due to its association with the holidays. Like maybe it’s less about flavor and more about what memories or feelings that flavor can trigger.
I don’t know about the whole cheesecake being cake or pie war but just wanted to point out that someone said cheesecake isn’t baked and they are wrong. That’s all
