It’s funny my Corgi/Terrier mix named Sadie has been cleaning my Frenchie recently and idk why. New behavior for a 5 year old. I really feel like after adding Angus the Corgi/Aussie mix it really brought them all closer together. It’s like a pack mentality now. Super cute how much they play. Angus Sadie Belle Charles aka Toothless Once again, sorry for the spam. They just need to make a Instagram where it’s only pet photos! Million dollar idea.
Guess my cat has higher than normal liver values . Not quite sure what it all means yet but I guess we're hoping it's just a thyroid issue? Ugh. She seems totally normal.
I wouldn't survive it. That would be the biggest disappointment if I was allergic to cats. I adore them. It brings me pleasure to take care of them. Last week I had to leave them at home alone. I was so worried about it. Thanks God I've read at https://www.catfoodpoint.com/how-long-can-cats-go-without-food/, that they can survive without food up to two days. Of course, I left them dry food and enough water but still I was worried about them, because I love them so much.
My fiance noticed her ears have some yellow coloring to them, shit. The vet moved her appointment up to tomorrow
Poor pup, kennel cough sucks. Especially when they're puppies. All that energy and they can't play with the other dogs.
@ dog owners how much would you pay for a barkuterie board? I made some for an event I’m working with a dog rescue I volunteer at. all of the money goes back to the rescue. they have freeze dried fruit/veggies, salmon jerky, and dog cookies
I’m a vet - let me know if I can help you understand anything once you know more. Obvi the best resource is someone who’s seen the animal but always happy to help if I appropriately can! I have strong opinions about insurance and what it’ll mean for pets but in a way it makes more sense for animals than humans since breeding has created very predictable diseases by breed/species. Still bullshit of course, but there is a (cynical) logic to it.
Thanks so much, I really appreciate it! Luckily her values seem to have gotten back to around normal, but we scheduled a vet appointment for a month later to keep an eye on it. She somewhat recently went through kidney failure last winter (turns out she doesn't do well with NSAIDs) and was put on 3 days of dialysis, so we've been in constant worry mode lol. She's seeming totally fine, playful, and healthy now though, our vet was shocked how well she's doing. Initially thought she would need daily IV infusions but her wet food and water bowl have been all she needs
