Last but not least, Carlita. Somehow she would get on top of the cabinets from the countertops. It’s like a 3 foot jump straight up into a 90 degree turn that has an opening of maybe 6 inches. And she’s a pretty hefty cat. I don’t know how she / cats do that shit. I’ve watched it countless times for years and still can’t believe it.
My sister is a vet student and is on placement at a vets at the moment. There's this 18 year old cat that was left abandoned and has been living at the vets for weeks. No shelters will take her because they think she's impossible to home so she was due to be put to sleep next week. So of course she's bring her home tonight. Can't wait to meet her.

Ugh, had to take my dog to the Emergency Vet Clinic today because out of nowhere he basically stopped moving. Has had trouble walking, Wouldn’t go up or down steps and hasn’t eaten in 24 hours. He’s only 4. Spent nearly 4 hours there and they did X Rays and suspect Intervertebral Disk Disease, essentially, a herniated disk. They basically said bed rest for up to 6 weeks and no steps, playing or running during that time either and sent us home with 2 pain meds for the next week. They told me to watch for him stumbling over rear legs and if that happens to drop everything and visit the vet because it is a sign of “emergency surgery” This sucks.
Maybe the last pond day of the year for us on the Cape... Sucker didn't want to go in to the water at all. I need a big dog lol
