I got the boys a big deep bin as their cage and haven't made a top yet but figured it was deep enough they couldn't get out. Nope! I had too many pieces of cardboard in there for them to chew up and they just stacked them up and got out, I opened my office door this morning and they were just in the middle of the floor and came up to my feet to greet me
Hoping to adopt my first dog this weekend. Absolute beauty of a Dachshund. Never had a dog before, but I've dog sat for my friends several times. Nervous and excited all at once!
So I got excited. Unfortunately the dog I'd seen on the shelters site was already adopted, but then I saw this cutie. Super chill, inquisitive and adorable. I just couldn't resist. I need to wait for her to be spayed but hopefully she'll come home with me on the weekend. Say hello to Peach
has anyone ever tried cbd products for dogs? i hear great things about using it to treat anxiety, which both of my dogs suffer from quite a bit. a store opened up near me so i was thinking of checking it out and buying something to let my dogs try.
It's worth a shot. It seemed to bug my dog out which wasn't good but it turns out his pent up anxiety was just insufficient playtime. He's been enrolled in doggy daycare 5 days a week and it's been life changing for him and us. Do your pups get enough exercise? If so and they're still really anxious, it might be worth a try! Just be sure to do a lot of research on the brand you select before you give it a go.
They do get plenty of exercise. We have a fenced in backyard and they're small dogs so they get more than enough playtime out there plus walks at least every 2-3 days. Thanks, I'm gonna go to the CBD store and see what they have and then come home and do some research before making a decision.
