I did...for a long time... but i also had a bad infection. But I'm told scar tissue is normal for a while afterward.
Hello fellow parents. I'll probably start posting in this thread somewhat consistently within the next month or so. My wife and I are currently expecting our first child and are at 35 weeks as of today. Pray 4 me.
Thanks! We're waiting. Now that we're thirty, there aren't a lot of surprises left in life that we have control over so we decided to go in blind and not have anything preconceived.
Fair enough, that seems to be a fairly common thing I guess, it's just something I could never do haha. Way too anxious! T-minus 8 days and counting for our 3rd
Kid came home from Kindergarten with a scratch on his cheek. He said a girl was hitting people with a stick at recess. I asked what the teachers were doing and he said they were just talking to each other. Do I do anything about this?
This has honestly become one of the hardest/most frustrating things I’ve had to do as a dad thus far. We’ve been trying 3-4 nights a week for 4 weeks now and still absolutely nothing. He also only wants to try for like, 5 minutes at a time so it’s really hard to get anywhere with this. Then he just wants to stop. I don’t know if the bike is too heavy or what (it’s the same bike he’s used for training wheels, so I’d think it’s not too heavy). He also does not want to put training wheels back on either. Like, at this point it seems absolutely impossible.
That’s how I was as a kid and then one day I just hopped on because all my friends were encouraging me and it happened. I didn’t learn how to ride a bike until I was in 1st grade.
