Really glad to see he has no hair either haha. Ours is FINALLY starting to grow some hair, can't get here soon enough for me though.

 

Mine's a cueball as well.

 

That's what we wanted to do, but since it was twins we decided we needed to be more prepared for what we were getting into.

Congratulations @KidLightning! Cecilia is a beautiful name, my daughter is Celia.

 

Question for everyone, what inspired your child's name?

My sons name is Asher James (we call him Ash), Ash comes from Evil Dead/Army of Darkness, and James is my middle name, as well as my fathers.

 

My son is Ryker Kenneth. Kenneth is my father-in-law's name as well as my wife's grandfather's brother's name. Ryker is just a name we found on the internet that I actually liked that wasn't SUPER common. We couldn't decide on a boy's name because i refused to have something super common and i wasn't budging from it, so we settled on Ryker.

 

My daughter is Aeryn, pronounced like Erin but we thought it looked pretty. Her middle name is Elise because we thought it sounded good together.

 

Love that spelling! Also, my wife's middle name is Elise so that's a good name too lol!

 

All these names are awesome. We named our son Ephram because my wife and I both loved the show Everwood when we were teenagers and one of the main characters was named Ephram. It's not a super common name and we liked it so we both agreed on it. His middle name is Timothy which is my name. My middle name is my dad's name and my dad's middle name is his father's name and so on. It was cool to carry on that tradition.

 

Our daughters name is June Vivian. We picked June because it's kind of been our month. We started dating in June, got married in June, got one of our dogs in June, and she was due (and born, barely) in June. It's also a combination of my mom's middle name and my wife's mom's name. Vivian is my grandma's name. We also liked it being kind of old school and not something you hear too much anymore.

 

Our son's name is Shayley Oliver. We both loved the name Shayley and also liked that it wasn't common. We both really liked the name Oliver and how they sounded together.

After we decided on a name we realized that the names we picked were from bands that had helped each of us get through our toughest times, so we liked it even more.

 

OM&M and BMTH?

 

My sons are Gavin Alexander and Grayson Skylar. My ex and I were not together when Gavin was born and she chose the first name and allowed me to choose the middle name, I chose the middle name "Alexander" right away because I knew no matter what she picked for a first name he'd at least have the option to go by Alex, hahaha. She chose the name Gavin and I ended up liking it (and it fits him very well). As far as Grayson goes, he was named before I became his father but I like his name a lot too, especially when Gavin says it.

 

Was really hoping for a Batman fan as the reason. Disappointed! Both great names though.
