It could be inflammation of the muscle surrounding the incision site. Does your doctor allow you to take anti-inflammatories?
It's actually on the opposite side of the incision site (incision site is on my right side, sensitivity is on my left side). I've been popping Motrin quite frequently since Monday morning, which is what he advised me to do. Like I said, this sensitivity may have been there the entire time, I wasn't actively trying to touch it the first few days out of fear. It's just something I noticed last night before bed when I started examining it closer.
I would also just take it easy. No heavy lifting, minimal strain on your groin area. Ice and use Motrin. I’d also advise taking some Tums every once in a while so you don’t develop heartburn from all the Motrin.
Sitting here with our newborn right now. She was born yesterday at 2pm. Really easy labor/chill baby so far.
Thanks, honestly, I'm probably immune to Motrin because I take it so much so often (my knees/ankles are in shambles due to so much bball). Sensitive to the touch may have been an extreme way to put it, it's more sensitive to the 'if I actively poke around/put pressure to see what's going on' it's uncomfortable. I think I'm just freaking myself out. I called the doctor to be safe and his nurse said everything I described was normal and if it's still an issue come Monday, then to call back.
It’s hard to say what’s “normal” since everyone likely has different experiences. For me, the worst pain I had was about a week after the procedure. I was watching some tv down in the basement in the evening and when I got up off the couch there was a sharp shooting pain in the area. I walked uo the steps and pretty much every other step was painful. I got into bed and fell asleep and I haven’t had any issue since ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The only issue I really had other than that was a little bleeding where the stitch was for a couple days, but it wasn’t anything worrisome.
I’m actually pretty certain I have a small lump (or something else I can definitely feel) on opposite side of incision (incision on right side, lump on left). I’m freaking out about it. I called doc and nurse said it was normal but I find it odd I felt great for 3 days and all of a sudden it’s hurting more. EDIT: maybe I’m just feeling where he cut it on opposite side? Either way, can’t wait until this is all over.

Took the paternity test today. They took an instant photo of me for the paperwork and I ended up looking like Paul Bearer. Oh well, now I wait.
Looking like a month, the lady who administered the test said it would most likely be less than that.
