That’s a fun stage for sure. I was much more neurotic about it with my 4th and would go turn him over to make sure he was breathing, etc and he’d immediately turn himself back over onto his stomach
Ugh. Our 17 month old is a staunch face sleeper and it used to drive my wife NUTS. She’d wake him up trying to at least get him to turn his head to the side lol do not miss those days
Yeah that shit blows just know that you will eventually sleep for two consecutive hours again at some point
i realize she’s really only had three spurts in two months and they only really last half a week each but it feels like they’ve been never ending lol
My almost 4 year old has had a few accidents lately peeing her pants. I think she’s just been holding it too long but it’s weird how perfect she was for the past year until now. She seems to feel so bad when it happens, it must be hard being that age!
Brigid barely ate from weeks 2-4, like it was a scary bad problem. So once she finally figured it out and ate more she was basically cluster feeding the entire month of August I think, it was so so rough
Milo has been under weight most of his life. We actually FINALLY got him back on the growth chart. 1.7th percentile babyyyy
congrats!! it's such a scary thing, and frustrating when your kid is clearly fine, just little. brigid finally started to chunk up some around 9 mos but she's so long/tall that she's still single-digit percentile bmi I think
holly has always ate a ton, just think she was so small when we got home that she's still kinda catching up
when we brought her home she was like 6lbs even/3rd percent and it's been two months and she's 9.5 pounds/17th percent lol she stays growing
yah, it's been wild, and in such a weird cadence too. One tooth at bottom by itself for a whole month until the second came, then a third on the bottom, followed by 2 at top and 1 more on bottom at the same time, then 3rd on top a few weeks before the last on top.
My 4yo did the same thing for a month or two but he’s back to not having any accidents again. We think it might have been psychological due to two family deaths around the time.
Lol our 16 month old didn't sleep at all on the 4 hour plane ride to Seattle. She then fell asleep in her carseat for like 20 minutes which is the first time she's done that since sleep training because she was so exhausted. Now she's sitting up in the pack and play we're borrowing talking so this might be a fun day
Oof, our daughter would do pretty well until about hour 6 of the trip then she’d just absolutely melt down and be inconsolable, even if we stopped, no resetting her. The longest we’ve attempted with her still is a 5.5 hr drive that took about 7.5 when she was 2 months
My sister took her daughter from NJ to KY (have done that drive a few times; 11 hrs if you floor it and there’s no construction in PA which, lol) when she was six weeks old basically without incident tho so maybe our kid is just weak lol
any of y’all use pampers? we kinda mix between pampers, huggies and costco brand. for whatever reason, whenever she poops or pees in pampers, they turn like a pinkish orange. never happens with the other two lol. not worried but just seems so weird.
