7 months! It's been wild.

To echo the RSV statements I feel like I am getting so many targeted ads for it on every social media. It's def a huge shadow over us rn. We have a confirmed case in every daycare room at our daycare. He only goes two days a week so it doesn't seem he was exposed, but man, seems like it's going to be a long winter.

 

Maybe the wrong thread to ask in but has anyone used any travel agents for a big family trip? And if so, any recommendations?

Was thinking of doing a Disney trip with all of us

 

Haven't used them before but I've heard mostly good things about using the Disney travel agents. They don't cost you anything and will be the ones responsible for waking up early to get reservations for the different experiences, as well as finding the deals for hotel and ticket prices

 

I know people who have for Disney and they've all said it's worth every penny.

I've used travel agents for when just my wife and I when we plan destination vacations outside of the country and would do so again, but I never have for a big family trip (I absolutely would though).

 

I better start saving now for family trip to disney in ~5 years.

 

Having a baby or toddler gives you a whole new disdain for daylight savings time

 

I never even anticipated that problem until 3am today lol

 

Friendly reminder your kids don't give a shit about DST hahaha

 

All it meant was we got up at 430 instead of 530

 

It’s the worst.

 

Strangely enough our daughter slept through the night for the first time in weeks and even a little later than usual

 

For me this would just mean I’ll pay for it at bedtime lol

 

The 15 minute “wait in silence to confirm your newborn is actually asleep” is the closest I’ve come to experiencing the kitchen scene in Jurassic Park.

 

We've been doing sleep training for the past week. Let em cry for 5, go in and rub their back, wait 10, again, then every 15 minutes. It was brutal but man I can put that little nugget down wide awake and he'll get himself to sleep. Fucking magic.

 

Anybody ever dealt with a yeast infection in boys?

 

Also anyone in here have a kid that needed a helmet/Doc Band?

My 7 month old just got his put on today and he's kinda been struggling

 

Both kids got the flu this week, missed the entire week of school. We should have got flu shots.

 

It's probably been asked, but do ANY bands have merch for kids, preferably under 1? My kid needs to rep his favorite bands

 

I’ve seen a lot of youth / kids shirts but baby and toddler, not so much.

 

Is it too much to ask for a 3-6 month blink 182 onesie?? Maybe it's an untapped market with pop punk nostalgia at a high, maybe I'll start a company
