Anyone have a method for verifying shoes are legit when you get them? My first StockX purchase is set to arrive tomorrow and want to make sure I'm getting what I paid for.
Your best bet is probably the subreddit Repsneakers where you can post a bunch of pictures and shoe nerds will let you know what’s up. also just a tip for anyone unaware or who just avoids Reddit, the sneakers subreddit is great for finding out about all the new shoes dropping. and especially when there’s a hot drop happening, you can sometimes get lucky in the new releases thread where people will post links that you may not have thought to check. It’s one of the only subreddits I frequent.
Talking of StockX, I’m thinking of selling my yeezys and wondering what everyone’s experience of selling is like? Pretty straight forward? Do they take a lot off the price you sell for?
There’s an app you can get, I forget he name, you can buy tokens for like .99 and then pay to send pictures for legit checking. It actually seemed kinda cool. Like 1 token for a 24 hour response and 3 tokens to get hear back in like 4 hours
Yeah it’s a percentage based on how active you are in buying/selling. You can start the process of selling and it’ll give you what the payout is based on your ask, but it won’t go live until you hit confirm.
