I like Moroccan Christmas. I think the Stress Relief and Lecture Circuit double episodes are the weak part of S5, but it really picks up at the end -- the Michael Scott Paper Company storyline is terrific.
I agree the idea/plot is pretty dumb overall but the execution is pretty great. Not my favorite episode but I can definitely name at least 10 others I don't like as much.
It's not because I don't think the episode is funny or anything. But that premise, and the way that show can make me feel uncomfortable, is the main issue. It's just so awkward, it makes me physically uncomfortable watching it, hah.
I get the same feeling from the part in Lecture Circuit when Michael asks AJ if Holly ever talks about him, and when he tries to kiss Pam in Diwali. He's such an uncomfortable character.
Man, yeah. Or when Karen catches all of them trying to sabotage her branch, and Jim ends up mentioning how happy he is with Pam (or something along those lines) and she gets super sassy. That show was fantastic at really making me feel that sense of tense awkwardness.
I had just seen an episode here and there of this show, finally started it like a month ago on Netflix. Just started season 8, this show is the best.
Season 1 is kinda weak imo. I know it's only six episodes so it couldn't put together much of an arc, but the only episode I really revisit is Diversity Day. They improved it so much in S2 and S3.
