Yeah DaFoe alone puts The Lighthouse ahead for me

 

If you like the vvitch more you a narc

 

The Lighthouse is definitely a multiple watch for me. I’ve introduced so many people to it and always enjoy it more every time I watch it with them. Seeing my friend cry-laugh during the Dafoe monologue might be one of my favorite recent memories.

 

They are both very good movies and I like watching them

 

Their both great movies and totally different. Neither is necessarily better than the other I, in my opinion.

The VVitch has literally zero farts. It doesn’t hold a candle to The Lighthouse

 

I've re-watched the Witch much more than Lighthouse. Happy to have both in this universe though

Imagine if The Northman is better than both.

 

I'm optimistic it will be. This cast is fucking nuts.

I adore The VVitch and love Anya but she’s probably like the 3rd, maybe 4th best performance in the movie

 

absolutely. the parents absolutely are the movie but i think you could argue the brother was just as good, especially in the exorcism scene

 

Time for me to watch the vvitch

She's like really good at getting good roles/directors

 

She’s an incredible actor. She deserves all the roles.

 

I’m vastly more interested in how Robert is going to film it, that’s kinda cool though.
