i love that this is only 8 episodes. we'll get so much more meat every episode instead of wasting time. this had a bit of '2nd episodeious" but it's awesome knowing this won't be the norm
First episode was fantastic. Planning on watching the second tonight. Poor Naz. It's going to be brutal watching this, knowing that nothing good is going to happen to him in the next 5-6 episodes. Torture. From what I recall, there are going to be what, 4-5 different/possible suspects that they will explore? 1) Hearse Driver. (I don't think it's him) 2) The guy's friend who peered at Naz after their little confrontation outside of Andrea's apartment. (My favorite for the killer after the first episode) 3) One or both of the guys that Naz kicked out of his (dad's) cab. 4) The dude who mentioned something about Naz being a terrorist. 5) Naz And I still feel like I'm forgetting somebody.
Unless Nas took a shower after stabbing this woman a dozen times I feel like he'd have a lot more blood on him or his clothes.
I feel like she was afraid when she got into the cab. It seemed like she knew somebody was after her. Her going to the beach thing sort of felt like a "last wish" type scenario. That guy's buddy that hasn't shown up has to know something. I wouldn't be surprised if he could help/knows who was after her. I think the Hearse driver will just be used to create a timeline, maybe he saw something. Don't think he was involved but he'd sure as hell remember the confrontation.
I can see the storyline of the show revealing someone else did it but the evidence on Naz is so incriminating that he gets charged with the murder.
Agreed. She even says at one point "I can't be alone tonight" and I think she said one or two other things that hinted she was in danger before getting into the cab.
Everyone forgot the motorcycle person who conveniently just stares into Naz's cab right before he gets pulled over....
I guess I thought of that just as adding suspense to the scene with Naz trying to hide the knife but that's a good point.
Not sure what to think about this change of attorney. I hope it works out better for him. That would be cool if Allison Crowe asked Stone to aid them though.
I feel like the new attorney will F him over somehow. I know nothing about law, so I'm probably wrong haha.
