Great song! But that track is definitely best enjoyed at the end of the full album. Such a perfect ending.

 

That album didn’t have much of an impact on me, mostly because none of the other songs had that same vibe.

I have goosebumps watching this. The details and references are everything. Memorial Day can't get here soon enough! In the meantime, I'll be watching this on repeat until then.

 

Memorial Day, as in album release day? New music video for American Nights?

 

I think it will be album release info that day, along with more dates, hopefully.

This performance is just as good, too.

 

The song is great, but the album version is ... not so great.

 

I initially had the same problem a lot of the second 1975 album. The beats were, quieter?, than I would have liked.

 

I prefer it live, too. It seems of those who commented on the upload, they didn't care for the drum machine used. I get that, because that's why I like the live version so much with drums.

 

Yeah, that live video posted right above is so much better than the studio version.

 

It's a decent song but kinda underwhelming to me. Just not my favourite. Still stoked for the whole record though!

 

Can we also talk about how much Martin looks like Charlie’s druggy brother from LOST.

 

Although I feel this is the fan favourite so far, I feel the same way; I know other tracks will be my favourites.

 

Definitely. I'm all about Once in a Lifetime. The remix is awesome too.

 

Yeah I really wish the drum machine was replaced with real drums as well, but I guess electronic drums are all the rage these days with the youths

 

Apparently the album isn't out til September now.
