I used to be obsessed with this album, but haven't listened to it front to back in ages and the anniversary post inspired me to.

It still just totally teleports me back to my first year after college where I moved out west. Punching and Young Blood have been on like every gaming playlist I've made for the fifteen years and songs like Frayed, The Sun and No Way hit just as hard still. Girls Like You and Eyes though, just phenomenal.

Hearts Like Ours was a killer sophomore album single but I kind of fell off afterwards, I should give the latter albums and their solo stuff a go.

 

Some real gems on the later albums

 

The debut is still really good and my favorite overall, but Simple Forms is a close second. The other two are both really good too and the EPs are underrated

 

Laid Low is still my jam

 

Oh wow this Alisa album is fantastic
