The end of "Lizard Suit" is so cool and like nothing they've really done before.

 

Only a few tracks in, but it's really good so far. Couldn't really get into Knives (pun not intended).

I don't know if it'll top Beat the Champ for me, but the first half of this is really strong.

 

My biggest TMG fan friend said that the band and production was great but that they felt as if JD’s lyrics were oddly unfinished/not as good. Gonna dig in tonight and see if i agree or not.

It’s almost release day so let’s have an argument. This sure is quite the ranking!

 

Goths at #2 is insane lol

 

List is trash, Goths is bottom 3 for me lol

Coroner’s Gambit at 16 is offensive

 

Goths is an underrated album, but he somehow managed to overrate it lol. #2 is crazy.

 

Coroners Gambit is my number 1

 

The Yo Yo EPs (New Asian Cinema - Isopinisad Radio Hour - Devil in the Shortwave) is the best run of music of any singer-songwriter i can think of. Such a shame i can’t listen to it anywhere except YouTube.

 

I like Goths a lot, but not quite that much. I've haven't heard Sweden or the Yo Yo EPs yet - I should get on those soon.

I don't know exactly how I would rank these, but top three would almost certainly be Beat the Champ, Sunset Tree, and Transcendental Youth.

Solid list. TCG is my #1, Heretic Pride is top 10 for me, and Beat the Champ is my favorite of the past decade, but solid.

i love heretic pride, first tour i ever saw them on..... love all those songs.... probably should rank it higher lol
