Predicting Mindy no longer speaks to Danny after she opens the wedding invitation and is in a relationship with Jody when the new season begins.
I am really hoping she says "thanks, but no thanks" to Jody - his behavior is HORRIBLE! Like, spending millions on an apartment for her? That's creepy af. And Danny... I hope that face he made at the end of the episode is him FINALLY realizing how much he's screwed up and is the start of him being a better person. God, I hope so.
I still have hope for Danny, but what he did was real shitty. The chemistry he and Mindy have is fantastic and the show just feels a lot better when they're working well together. Jody is straight up creepy and I don't like him. I'd guess that she's not dating anyone when the show comes back and it actually stays that way for a good portion of the season, if not the full season. She needs a break from dating and this is the perfect opportunity to do it.
Yessss. I want Danny to break off his bullshit and stay single for a while and work on himself as well. They both have some work to do.
Ahhhhh so puuuuuumped. I love when Mindy writes episodes! I'm pretty sad she didn't write the finale, but I think it went pretty well.
I want to go back through and at least watch up through the wedding. That episode is my absolute favorite. :3
Has anyone done the Hulu free trial and canceled at the end of the period? Is it easy to cancel? I want to catch up certain shows but don't want to commit. If i decide to do the limited commercials subscription, are the commercials sparse enough? I can tolerate if I have to endure a few minutesof ads per episode.
There are about three commercial breaks per episode, probably about 2 minutes each. You could probably cancel after the free trial (which I think is 2 weeks) but I think it's worth the price for their Criterion Collection movies, currently airing shows, and a few of their original/exclusive series. Also, if you're willing to use Bing, you can pay for Hulu with Bing Rewards
I guess this goes here, Mindy wrote a movie! Mindy Kaling, Emma Thompson to Star in Late-Night Talk Show Film
"I can explain...I met someone and I'm getting married" "I just spent 2000 dollars on a tuxedo that I can not afford that is not my size" "I thought that the slip was a fart chimney" "Jodi, what do you do when you're feeling guilty" "I usually donate to the NAACP" Really fun premiere
Ugh I hate the non-answer cliche. Danny somehow manages to be more of a piece of shit with each episode.
