Like old school punk with a fresh coating of metal thrown in - I dig it

 

Here are all the new albums I listened to in the month of August. This brings my total to 130 albums on the year:

Strident - Paranoia of the Tyrant
Nekrofilth - Nganga
Körgull the Exterminator - Built to Kill
Exmortus - Storm of Strings
Godthrymm - Distortions
Celestial Sanctuary - Insatiable Thirst For Torment
Cruel Force - Dawn of the Axe
Anti-God Hand - Blight Year

Honestly no real standouts, I enjoyed Godthrymm and Celestial Sanctuary but wouldn't put them over any other favorites this year. Still slowing down hard. I plan to get back to it this month because fall/Halloween = perfect metal music time.
