third time I have to move in three years because NY is a fucking pain... not to mention the cost of moving & complications of buildings not having elevators, & c. don’t even get me started on rent
so, yeah, some mayor bs too, bud
I hear it’s going to be more rock oriented than the previous two (& based on what I heard live four months ago or so, seems about right!)
Forgot how great these guys are:
I mean, how did I miss this? This video is a month old and I follow them on Instagram. Weird.
I kept seeing updates for Misery Index on theprp the last few weeks thinking that it was Misery Signals and it would bum me out every time. Must have had that filter turned on in my brain.
You and me both!
Also, the song sounds GREAT. Do we have a Misery Signals thread? Or do not enough people love the best Melodic Metal band of all time to make one.
Hi! Welcome to Chorus where the most popular band on the site is The 1975! Happy music listening!
Also, according to Wikipedia they are metalcore.
Well folks, Momma is wrong again!
Moving from Chicago back to my hometown in Virginia caused my mortgage and utilities payments for a 4 bedroom townhome to be less than what I was paying in rent alone on a 2 bedroom apartment in the Chicago suburbs...so in reality, I can't complain too much.
Misery Index > Misery Signals. So don't be too bummed!
PS i like both bands a lot. just mi more.
I should probably listen to them...
Not sure if this was ever posted or not
More Deathcore but thought this would be a good spot overall. Wild ep.
Awesome video and I totally forgot that Stu is in Comeback Kid as well!
they're not really Metal, but there is no topic about them and it is from Blabbermouth:
17 new songs recorded, double album coming in the Fall. 1st album since 2008's XV.
KING'S X Guitarist Says Group Has Recorded 17 New Songs For Its Forthcoming Album
Woah! I haven’t heard that band in forever! Yeah, not really “Metal” but hell, it’s still metal related.
New Yellow Eyes is fantastic.
Rare Field Ceiling, by Yellow Eyes
I could never really get into Yellow Eyes and the new album didn't really stick with me. perhaps I'll give it another go tonight.
They're pretty different tonally...just an FYI. Misery Index is a straight up death metal band with some grindcore influences. It's possible that if you're a huge Misery Signals fan that they wouldn't be your thing.
My tastes in heavy music are across the board... but in this case yeah they aren’t my cup of tea.
The 1st single/video from Disillusion's new/comeback album
I've been summoned
And for good reason, this slaps
