Tbh vertikal. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of their previous vocalist.

Starting to listen to Vertikal now. This intro track is epic and ethereal. I dig it.

Yep. Cult of Luna is legit. Not sure why I ever overlooked them now. I'm an idiot.

    Yoooooo

This is gonna take some getting used to. ha. Anyway, tomorrow Tombs' new EP and the new Graves at Sea album are coming out. Both will slay.

Also, Cough announced a new album earlier today, pre-ordered it already haha. Really glad those guys are releasing new music finally.

Show Me A Dinosaur sounds like the name of a noodly/Topshelf Records band. Will check out.

Excited to see what else is in this thread already.

Anyone listen to that new Weekend Nachos track?

Relapse is having a phenomenal year already in 2016. Obscura, Black Tusk, Seven Sisters of Sleep, Magrudergrind, Graves at Sea, Tombs...and that's not even mentioning the stuff that's coming out later in the year. Cough and Inter Arma are gonna be killer too. I'm glad I have a full time job to pay for these.

Also, vinyl pre-orders for the new Full of Hell/The Body album are going up tomorrow. Gonna need to find a way to order the while I'm flying...

Completely forgot about those three. Also the coffins/ilsa split is legit too.

Yeah, Relapse is crushing it this year and it's only April, hah. I mean, they're consistently one of the best metal labels but this year in particular feels like it's gotten off to an ever better start than usual with them.

It's super fucking weird, but, I actually save all the little paper tents that all their CDs come packaged with, with the RIYL and pull quotes on them. Maybe it's because as a former graphic design student, but their visual aesthetic really appeals to me?

I love that they do that, though. I went on a huge metal binge in like, 2011 and just picked up a ton of Relapse CDs from FYE, a lot of them bands I'd never heard of that I bought because of the RIYL's.
