What the unholy fuck, Decapitated. I swear if they don't get convicted on this I'll be livid. Why the fuck do bus flips only happen to bands with cool people in them and never mongrels like these guys? Ugh.

I just wonder what exactly Ghost Bath, Fallujah and Thy Art are going to do now... Have any of them given a statement? They were the support after all.

 

Not to take away from your sentiment because seriously fuck that band, but do you not know they were in a horrific crash which killed their drummer and put their old vocalist in a coma?

Also as far as I'm aware (at least when I checked earlier nobody's commented on the situation from either their us tour or upcoming uk tour.

 

Inquisition's MGL is a fucking monument to darkness and despair - it will also rip yr face off with its claws and you will like it

easily top 3 modern USBM albums (or Colombian)

and then Velvet Cacoon's Genevieve and then eeeeh Leviathan's Tentacles of Whorror I guess...

then there's also Krieg and Wolves and I'm sure I'm missing something else... maybe Xasthur... never was big on Nachtmystium... uugh... there's something else...

 

Frankie Palmeri is further proving what an idiot he is with his tweets about the Decapitated situation. Not that his opinion on issues like this ever mattered after Emmure put outs shit like "Drug Dealer Friend."

 

Emmure is quite possibly the worst band (musically) in the scene.

Has anyone else checked out the new Mutoid Man: War Moans? It took me a couple of listens but wow, it's really good!

 

Well, tbh, I never really listened to Decapitated anyway, but I'm sure they've made better music than Emmure has. The accusations against them however are sickening.

 

So like 10-12 years ago I was spending my iTunes gift card and I bought a few albums and ended up having a little left over for 1 song. I purchased an Emmure song.

My life since then has been nothing but a journey to never make such a mistake again

 

I will say I do like some of the song titles on Slave to the Game and Speaker of the Dead.

I'm with you on that one lol. It's my guiltiest pleasure but I always enjoy "when keeping it real goes wrong" and "solar flare homicide".

They're not even in the same league. It'll be tough to approach them objectively from now on but they really did some fantastic stuff in tech death.

One last thing about Emmure. They're such douches that they sold boxing gloves at their merch booth to wear in the pit.

ONE MORE THING (I promise): I am surprised there is not a WE HATE YOU FRANKIE PALMERI thread. On that same note, it saddens me that such talented musicians as the guys in Glass Cloud helped keep his nu-metalcore ship afloat. They are so much better than that.

 

I heard the new record when it first came out and enjoyed it, so I downloaded Nihility. Sucks I'll never listen to it now.
