was referring to more generally compared to full of hell's discography. as the resident full of hell nerd here, it's less accessible than the collab with nothing, but not as far afield as the stuff they did with the body. probably in the same lane as the one they did with primitive man, but more compact - the longest song on there is like 5 minutes.

 

I like all full of hell releases especially the stuff with the body

Backing these so fucking hard. Acacia Strain are one of my absolute favorites of all time as well - I don't even know if I can properly call them deathcore even though it fits them. There's nobody out there making that kind of haze-y, dirge-y deathcore the way they do it - almost sounds like deathcore if someone made it after snorting several lines of sludge, stoner and doom metal. And fucking hell their lyrics go so stupidly hard. It's such corny misanthropic shit that's so "of its time" but TAC does it in such a particular way that I can't help but love it.

Also, Vincent is a cool dude. Had a lovely chat with him after I saw them play live (they rule live BTW) and he struck me as a legit decent down to earth guy. My photo with him is one of my favorite memories of that part of my life hahaha

 

I have actually never listened to Acacia Strain but I think I've seen them twice

 

I would love to see them

 

I've seen them like 10 times and know the big songs but never really dove in. Guess I've been missing out.
